Travel Archives Saturday: La Boca, Buenos Aires
Greetings my lovely blog readers and a very happy Saturday to you! I thought for this edition of Travel Archives Saturday, I would transport you to a bright and colorful neighborhood in South America, specifically the La Boca neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I had the chance to visit this amazing neighborhood, and I cannot begin to describe the range of incredible (and bright) colors. Not only that, but the air is filled with the sound of beautiful tango music accompanied by tango dancers, right outside of cafes.

Bright and colorful La Boca
The brightly painted tin was throughout the neighborhood and I loved all the combination of colors!

I was captivated by this bright green door. It stood out on the street, and the color highlighted all of the unique details.

An afternoon in La Boca, with sitting at an outside cafe while watching tango dancers, is something to put on the travel “”To-Do” list. I’d recommend it if you can make it to Argentina!
Tips:
* Be aware that La Boca can be filled with plenty of tourists (I can personally vouch for that, as I was one myself…) so be aware of crowds and where your possessions are.
* The tango street dancers work for tips, refrain from snapping photos without leaving a little something something.
XO,

My boyfriend’s brother is currently studying abroad in Argentina and I want to visit it so bad. I think your pictures may help me convince my bf to go!
Hi Haley!
Argentina is such an amazing country…with a wide range of things to see and experience! Buenos Aires is a big city with plenty of culture, but you can experience the nature there too. Not to mention the exchange rate is killer for USD.
Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help!
Enjoy the rest of your week.
Cheers,
Belinda
