Hi-Ya Friday!
Well, hello Friday. I am always thrilled to see you. The hope of sleeping in (past 6am), yummy eats and staying up catching up on my DVR. Yes, my weekend sounds lame… but doesn’t it sound relaxing? A relaxing weekend is just what I need. Between the snow and ice, being crazy busy at work (good to feel needed) and getting through my winter blues I am happy to have a bit of a breather.
Let’s see, my week included lovely Valentine’s Day ideas, a guest post about The Art of Post and my musings on the health care system in the UK. I also learned how to use my new iPhone which has been a tricky ask as a former Android user. I think I may have figured it out, but iTune and I are not friends so far. Alas.
Here are some snapshots from the week…

St. Mary’s Church, Wrexham

Freddy is no impressed with the cold weather. Same as me.

This guide book looks fun and interesting…. To put on the travel “To-Do” list?

I would enjoy this book sitting on my shelf…

I wonder what is inside these books…

I love a good travel guide!
I do believe we have made a decision for our upcoming trip this spring. Instead of hopping all around Europe, we have decided to fly to Paris and stay in an apartment for a week. Paris for a week, can you imagine? How divine. Now I am diving into Paris…gathering guide books, films (can anyone say Les Miserables!) and of course Pinterest (look out for a Paris themed OHP soon!)
As always, I am linking up with Lauren for High Five for Friday….
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!
XO,

Greetings and welcome to my little corner of the blogging world. My name is Belinda and I am a newly married lady who moved from Seattle to Northern Wales. Why? To be with the love of life Neal. My blog is my attempt of making sense of my new life as a wife and an expat.

I have the same mindset as Freddy about this cold weather.
